Brandon Blatz

Brandon has served our Council since 2015 when he was hired as a part-time Program Aide working in the Council’s Scoutreach programs. From 2015 to 2017 Brandon held positions on summer camp staff at Camp Schoellkopf.  In 2018 he joined our staff full-time becoming the Council Camping Coordinator. In 2019 Brandon was promoted to District Executive and in 2022 he was promoted to Senior District Executive serving the Polaris District. Brandon has led the Polaris District in two consecutive years of membership and finance growth after the COVID-19 global pandemic leading to his 2024 promotion to District Director.

Brandon is an Eagle Scout, Venturing Summit Awardee, OA Vigil Honor Member, and is Wood Badge trained. In the community, Brandon is a member of the Rotary Club of Kenmore and is currently serving his second term as Club President. Additionally, Brandon serves Rotary District 7090 as an Assistant Governor and as the US Interact Chair. Brandon also serves as the Lockport 10U MOHL Head Hockey Coach for the past 4 seasons and In 2023-2024 his team won the Championship! In his free time he enjoys playing hockey and kickball as well as watching the Buffalo Bills, Sabres, and Bandits.
