Start your engines and welcome to the WNY Scout Council Off To The Races Day Camp! We have a great program set that will be a fun filled and exciting time for every Cub Scout! Enjoy all the fun and excitement of a summer camp experience at a convenient location to you. Day Camp is open to all Cub Scouts in 1st- 5th Grade for the 2024-2025 school year. One Parent/Guardian is required to attend the whole week for a 1st grader.

Cost: $190 per Scout, $165 for additional Sibling Scouts

Register by April 15, 2024 and receive $30 off per participant!

*Scouts must bring their own Lunch, Snack is provided*

*1 parent must attend with each 1st grader for the entire week*

Cancellation Policy
SUMMER CAMP PROGRAM REGISTRATION FEES For Cub Scout Resident Camp, Family Camp, and Scouts BSA Resident Camp registrations, the cancellation fee is based on 15% of the total event registration fee and not the amount of fees paid at the time of cancellation (Site & Bunk Deposits are not Refundable). Alternately fees paid for Cub Scout Resident Camp, Family Camp, and Scouts BSA Resident Camp may be transferred to another Scout or leader attending. No pro-rated fees will be given to Scouts wishing to attend a partial week of Cub Scout Resident Camp or Scouts BSA Resident Camp. DEPOSITS Deposits are not refundable. Any cancellation, once the deposit has been sent to the Council, will be forfeited. Deposits may, however, be transferable to another participant that takes the entire slot for that event. CANCELLATION BY THE COUNCIL If the Western New York Scout Council or National Boy Scouts of America or any agency that has contracted with the Council cancels an event, the Council will issue a full 100% refund (including any Deposit Money).
