Please note that an Eagle Board of Review requires 2-3 parents from the troop who aren't leaders for this candidate, the Eagle Scout candidates 5 letters of reference, his life goals letter, the Eagle Scout application which has been signed by council designee and complete documentation on Eagle Scout project (with photos).
