Spotlight your business/activity with influential Scout Leaders from all across Western New York at this year's Scouting Program Launch.  This event is a perfect opportunity to interact one on one with scouting leaders that are planning their 2024-2025 Unit Program. Exhibit on our Midway and share your exciting opportunities to enhance their Scouting Program.

  • Includes a 6 Ft Table/chairs to display your organization/program/activity to attendees
  • Opportunity to include item in Door Prize drawing
  • Sponsor recognition during opening presentation/keynote

Sponsorship Levels - please choose to support the youth of Western New York with a Sponsorship package,  and receive special recognition during the opening presentations/keynote, break-out sessions, pre and post-event communications

  • $250 - Platinum Sponsor

Cancellation Policy
Individuals/Groups that cancel their event registration 14 days or more prior to the event date will receive a refund of the total registration fee less a 15% administrative service charge. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event date.
