Ranger Joe Fountain is in need of Scouts and Scouters to help with trail maintenance at Camp Gorton on Saturday September 14th, 2024. For ScoutsBSA or Venturing units you unit can tent camp for FREE. This can be set up as part of registration.

Check in time for the Beaver Day will be from 8:00 - 9:00 am. The Beaver Day will go from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

Lunch provided by the Friends of Camp Gorton for those who register by Sept. 11th.

We are looking for energetic Scouts and Scouters to come to Camp Gorton to help the camp staff members with many projects that will improve camp. The Friends of Camp Gorton are offering a free lunch for all who register online!

We encourage all Scouts and Scouters who are participating to bring the following items with them to camp:

• Shovels, rakes, work gloves, bowsaws, axes, rakes, pruners, and any other hand tools.

If you have any specialty skills or equipment you can use to help, we ask that you let us know so we can plan accordingly.
